It depends on the model and how custom it is. A stock design in a standard colour has a lower MOQ than a fully bespoke build with your own foam and packaging. Send the model and quantity and we'll give you a real number, not a placeholder.

We build and bench-test to BIFMA X5.1 and to EN 1335 / EN 12520 as the model requires. We don't claim held certificates we can't show. When your order needs a stamped third-party report, we arrange testing through SGS or TÜV and quote the test fee up front.

Both. OEM means you bring the spec and we build it under your brand. ODM means you bring a market and a price and we develop the chair on our own mechanisms and moulds. See the OEM / ODM page for how each runs.

It varies by model and whether it ships knocked-down or assembled. Knocked-down packing raises the count and lowers freight per chair. We give you the exact 40HQ loading plan with the quote so your landed cost is accurate.

Samples are usually days, not weeks, because the line is on one site. Production lead time depends on quantity, customisation and tooling — typically a few weeks for a standard run after sample sign-off. We commit to a date with the quote and tell you if a change pushes it.

Most of the time, yes. Send a photo, a link or ideally a sample. We measure the frame, foam density, mesh weight and mechanism and quote to those. If matching it would make a weak chair, we'll say so and suggest the change.

Gas lifts are SGS-grade, Class 3 as standard and Class 4 for heavy-duty use. Bases are nylon for home use or polished aluminium for contract and 24-hour seating. For constant-load environments we recommend aluminium and explain why.
